This upcoming season, which is a cooperation between Nigeria and South Africa, will have housemates from both nations and co-hosts Lawrence Maleka and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
This 2023 version, which is scheduled to air in South Africa, will combine Big Brother Nigeria with Big Brother Mzansi.

The CEO of Multichoice Nigeria, John Ugbe, announced the show at a press conference today, December 15, 2022. He said, "The 'Big Brother Titans' is a special edition of the widely popular Big Brother show.
The two television phenomenon BBNaija and BB Mzansi have been combined in this special edition. To give African entertainment consumers a spectacle of dramatic drama unlike anything they have ever seen, we are combining housemates from two massive countries—Nigeria and South Africa—under one roof. We are advising our audience to be ready for the biggest takeover on TV starting from January 15. It promises an abundance of swag, banter, romance, and all in between from Nigeria and South Africa.
He provided details on what to anticipate, saying that the BBTitans edition will go for 72 days and that the winner would get a cash reward of $100,000. (over N50,000 million).
"This is a meeting of the titans, and the winner will walk away with a sum of $100,000 cash and other incredible rewards," he said. The DStv and GOtv audience will be able to vote to retain their favourite housemates on the show as normal. After 72 days, the winner will also be chosen by votes cast by African viewers.
On January 15, 2023, at 7 p.m., BBTitans will make its television debut on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29, with simultaneous broadcasts on Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, and Africa Magic Family.
Additionally, Showmax will webcast the programme. The streaming service allows viewers in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and 45 nations in Sub-Saharan Africa to follow the action around-the-clock.
